W.A.R.T Wickramaarachchi

Dr W.A.R.T. Wickramaarchchi is a senior bureaucrat in the agriculture system in Sri Lanka and is currently the Director of the National Plant Quarantine Service (NPQS) of the Department of Agriculture. He has more than 25 years of working experience in many areas of the country as well as in other South Asian countries such as Bangladesh and India by serving as Sri Lanka's official representative to SAARC Agriculture Office.
